15 minute practice

When you are ready to move into a deeper Breathwork practice 15 minutes can be the ideal length. When breathing for this length of time your brain will be given the space it needs to disconnect from being in the Drivers seat. Your subconscious is now able to take an active presence. You will feel body tingly, twitching and temperature fluctuations. You may also feel lightness and see lights or hear ringing toward the end of the session. These are all normal. Breathwork activates the nervous system releasing stuck energy. When this happens the body responds in different ways. All physical symptoms will dissipate when you stop the active breathing.
